Constructing a Clery-Compliant Annual Security Report (ASR) and Annual Fire Safety Report (AFSR) Training ClassYour Annual Security Report (and Fire Safety Report, for those institutions with residential facilities) is the most prominent and public-facing part of your Clery Compliance efforts. Do you ever wonder if your Reports are in compliance? Have you assessed that you have met all required 130+ policy statements? Do you ever wish you had access to experts who can walk you through each policy statement to ensure they meet the requirements set forth in the Clery Act? If so, this training class is for you! Certification Attendees of this class will receive a certificate of completion from NACCOP. Certification verifies attendance at this class and can serve as an institution’s documentation that the attendee has received training in content areas addressed by this class. Class Schedule This is a virtual, 3-Day class. Each session is held from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm Eastern time each day. Cost Both members and non-members can register to attend this class as individuals. Additionally, there is a group rate available for up to four individuals (i.e., three beyond the initial registrant) from a single institution* who are working as a group to further develop their Annual Security and/or Fire Safety Reports. Each individual will receive their own link to the training class. Special Note about Group Rates: The Group rate is available for up to 4 individuals (i.e., three beyond the initial registrant) from a single institution (as defined under NACCOP membership guidelines) who are working as a group to further develop their Annual Security and/or Fire Safety Reports. Each individual will receive their own link to the training class. *For purposes of NACCOP events, a single institution refers to a college or university that has its own President/Chancellor (or position with an alternate title but serves in a similar capacity) leading the organization. Typically, a college or university will have its own OPE ID number and its own listing in the Campus Safety and Security Data Analysis Collection Tool (available at https://ope.ed.gov/campussafety/#/.
