Participants will explore strategies to formalize roles through policy, align Clery procedures with existing campus protocols, and establish infrastructure to support crime data reconciliation, timely warnings, and daily crime log maintenance. The session also highlights methods for integrating Clery expectations into training, onboarding, and operations—fostering a culture of compliance and reducing institutional risk. Through practical implementation models, attendees will be equipped to transition from reactive compliance efforts to proactive, systematized practices that meet federal standards and promote audit readiness.
